7 day membership for £10 every Tues thereafter if you wish to continue

Do I have access to the workouts if I am at work?

Yes.....all the workouts are uploaded for you and you can do in your own time.  Plus live facebook workouts too.

How do I pay?

Payments to paypal.me/fitnessworcester

If you need to pay by another method eg. bank transfer please contact me via this website

How do I access the facebook group?
