Please arrive to live Pilates sessions 5-10 mins before class starts
Clients to bring own mat to Pilates sessions
24 hrs notice needed to transfer a class
No Refunds given for Pilates Programs Online/ Weightloss Programs/ non show at a Pilates session.
Snow Policy - in the event of snow and a Pilates session has to be cancelled due to instructor and client safety. A Pilates recording will be sent to all participants to make up for the Pilates session
Write down any other terms or conditions that protect you or your audience.
