I have been doing the Kickstart Programs since 7th January '19.  So far I have lost 1 stone 4ibs.  The online programs are easy to follow, you eat healthy, cheat meal at the weekend and still lose weight.  I am still following the  program on my own as it works.  I also regularly attend Becky's Pilates classes for a few years now.

Started the Kickstart Program in January '19 with Becky and have lost a Stone.  I am so happy, I like to run in my spare time.  But the diet, fitness and support from Becky and the group made it easy to stick too and continue afterwards.  No more bloating, more energy and healthier me.  Like to attend the Yoga Workshops

Needed to lose 2 stone and joined the kickstart program in January '19.

Easy to follow, lots of support.  Lost a stone and feel so much better for it.  Going to continue as this as easy to stick to.

Attend Becky's Pilates daytime class once a week, met Becky on the Pilates for Back Pain Course which helped.
